EATING ADVICE

Your diet! what food you are eating will make a big difference on your attitude and if you have a good attitude you wont get as stressed as you might do when you're in a bad mood.

Research shows that the food yor brain needs as fuel is far away from what the basic average diet is!
 Green leaves and bright fruits have the best nutrients for your brain and body.
your body was made to eat fruits and fruits and some protein.
Grains aren't good for you because its hard for your body to digest them.
the reason some people dont feel full after eating is that the brain recognizes it isn't get the nutrients it needs from the food you ingested so it asks for more hopping that you will eat what it needs.

Give it a try maybe have the same diet but include more fruits and veg or if possible substitute rice for some spinach or carrots anything that you like.

Try this for a month and before you start write down the way feel right now on a piece of paper and keep it. at the end of the month of having a healthy diet write down the way you feel and compare notes.
if its not changed, well then you might not want to make any changes but if it works then go ahead and start eating better stuff for you.
