Having a
bad day! There’s not much to do when you are having a bad day, a bad week, a
bad month or even a bad year and so on!
Depending on
how often this happens your mind set should be that it’s a bad day and that’s it
it’s going to get worse and everything that can go wrong will go wrong so just think
of this and in your mind think it is how it is and there’s nothing I can do.
Now if you
have some free time get out to a park by yourself and have a walk breathe
deeply and take your time, maybe sit on a bench a look at other people, they
might be exercising or walking their dogs, maybe taking a baby for a stroll
basically they are doing what you’re doing they are putting their mind in a different
place from where it’s been all day and just by doing this you get a chance to
relax.
This doesn’t
mean you won’t continue to feel stress but it gives you a chance get some air
and prepare yourself for more of whatever is coming.
